Chris Voss, a former lead international kidnapping negotiator for the FBI, brings decades of experience in crises and high-stakes negotiations to the business world. He developed a unique program applying globally proven techniques to business strategies. Chris served as the lead Crisis Negotiator for the FBI’s New York City division and was a member of the Joint Terrorist Task Force for 14 years. Trained by the FBI, Scotland Yard, and Harvard Law School, he received prestigious awards, including the Attorney General’s Award for Excellence in Law Enforcement. Chris teaches business negotiation at top institutions like USC Marshall, Georgetown McDonough, Harvard, Northwestern Kellogg, IMD Business School, and Goethe Business School. Since 2009, he has been the Managing Director of the Kidnapping Resolution Practice at Insite Security.
